What happens to Alexandra on a gong night?

Alexandra is very closely connected to universal wisdom. With the sounds and vibrations of her more than 14 different gongs, she opens the gates to this wisdom and receives messages, especially at night. On every gong night, Alexandra and her gong students "play" for each individual participant. At the same time, themes for the group also develop. Alexandra receives messages about important areas of life for each participant:

* What should be seen/worked on that is currently ignored?

* What ties up unnecessary energy and strength?

* What are “blind spots” that hinder development?

* What is unused potential that should be activated?

* What are behavioral changes, new beliefs that are meaningful and helpful?

Sometimes spiritual transformations take place directly during the gong night. Alexandra sees and names these and shares them with each participant in the morning.

Why so many different gongs?

Alexandra currently has around 20 gongs and each gong has its own qualities, strengths and focal points that it can "play" and touch in us humans. Each gong is tuned to a different frequency and therefore has a different effect. For example, there are different dolphin gongs in Alexandra's collection. Dolphins communicate in a certain vibration and the corresponding gongs are tuned to these special vibrations. Dolphin gongs also bring lightness to difficult issues and help to resolve them. The gong type "The Mystical Earth" embodies earth and water, the so-called primal femininity, with its feminine powers. A symphony gong that is not tuned to any frequency can have a comprehensive and holistic effect with its overtones. These are just three examples - the field of effect is infinite.

What does a gong night with Alexandra include? How does it work exactly?

Alexandra receives the theme of the respective gong night for the group in advance and opens the space on several levels:

* GONGS. Alexandra plays gongs specially selected for this gong night from midnight until dawn.

*Gong students. Alexandra selects in advance from among her hundred or so students who will play with her on this gong night.

*Cards. Alexandra has a large collection (over 50) of different cards: tarot cards, dolphin cards, therapeutic cards, etc. Alexandra intuitively selects card sets for each gong night. A group card is drawn from a deck of cards and shared with all participants in the Telegram chat 3 days before the gong night. Alexandra also draws one or more individual cards for each participant and shares them together with the corresponding explanation in a personal chat. The group cards and the individual cards for each participant are discussed in advance by Alexandra and Ute. The artist meditates on all cards in advance in order to tune in to the group and the individual participants.

What is an energetic place?

During the gong night, an energetic participant is NOT present, but is energetically connected to Alexandra. If you don't hear the gong, you might think that it can't work. That's not the case. The gong works on an energetic level across space and time. It sounds strange, but it's true and has to be experienced/felt to understand it.

What is the goal of a gong night?

Some participants relax so deeply that they sleep through the night and their subconscious speaks and works with Alexandra. Some are wide awake and feel, observe, experience and work through their issues. Others spend the night in their own way: meditating, sleeping, awake. Many have ideas and feelings. Memories often come to the surface. Participants of the gong nights are often amazed at how deep and lasting a gong night's effect is.
